Cars were easily available although the first car we had said Maintenance. Staff were polite and it was very easy to change cars. Speedy process. Drop off was extremely easy.

Pick up was efficient, and the person working was friendly and helpful. I liked that I was able to choose whatever car I wanted. The drop off was very quick and efficient, and there were plenty of people working there to show me where to go and what to do.
I'd not had the chance to order a GPS online. It's good that one was available at pick up, but it was very expensive - it would have been cheaper to buy one! It also would have been helpful to get an email in advance about options like the GPS and fuel refill.

Directional signs were very clear. Check in at the Alamo counter was quick and we were given an upgrade at no additional cost! The garage attendant brought the car to us and put the luggage in the trunk for us. When we returned the car, the very nice young man actually drove us to the Southwest terminal! I will definitely rent from Alamo again!
Get there very early as the lines at security can be very long.
