Airport shuttle was very prompt and courteous. Car collection was 5-10 minutes, a lot better than others. Good choice of cars available. Clean and reliable car. Fast and courteous vehicle check-in. Just what car rental should be.
Show all car marks and dents on the vehicle collection form, not just on the computer screen.

Very friendly chap in the Europcar office at Heathrow. Very helpful. Very cheery, very accommodating.
I ended up paying for roadside rescue - which I didn't ask for - and which I didn't expect to need. We were staying 35 days - but a lot of those days the car was in the drive but we were charged daily - and it was charged in two chunks, which I wasn't expecting. Would be better to pay all up front and know that it was done. When I booked, it felt cheap - once I got the additional bills - it felt very expensive.

The car was left very clean and tidy. The pickup service from the terminal to the car yard was excellent, the service was ready to go when we arrived. It was nice to be able to choose the our own car from a wide selection.
My only suggestion is that the website provides a clearer notice to non-US or Canadians, as whilst we only chose the basic cover insurance, it was not enough for an Australian, so we were forced to increase our insurance level on pickup.

Excellent Service and Quality. From our first encounter at the desk with a lady agent from Poland, who was both charming , helpful and informative. our experience was of the highest to date. I have travelled to many destinations and hired cars nearly at everyone. Other hire companies could take a leaf from your book. From start to finish, desk agent to pick-up and return we were 100% satisfied. Thank you.
