Very easy good but you don't pay what you think you are going to.
Could you make the coating any more complex, I don't think so. I set off with the idea that I had hired a car for £40 ended up spending a random amount more!

Man at desk was polite and helpful.
Found extra scratches on car but nobody about to show didn't want to walk all the way back into Airport so waited until an employee came into car park and he signed the paperwork for me.Maybe have a phone outside in car park as it is a trek all the way back to desk.

Can not thank the guys enough. After 30 hours of travel with a child and no sleep. The service was efficient and very friendly on pick up. I was also meet by a friendly guy on drop off. He also went to fetch a luggage trolley for me. As I was travelling with a child on my own just what I needed. Will be back for service with a smile. If you can keep that up excellent.
Would like trolleys for luggage when returning a car. I was lucky as one was left. I would have been totally stuck with two suitcases 2 hand luggage and a child. No one on desk in airport on arrival had to find kiosk in car park not totally obvious.

The personal service was excellent at all points
The upsell was approaching (but not quite!) hard selling. Costs of upgrades and sat navy's compared with higher online costs (with no evidence) and the sales person clearly had a lot of discretion. Much fairer to give your best price at all points of contact. Would be useful to quick idiot guide to car use. This was my first experince of driving the model I was given and took quite a while to figure out how to just get the engine started and how to use the automatic gears. Would be useful to leave directions back to car park in the car.
