The courtesy period for returning the vehicle is 59 minutes. Goldcar Spain also provides a stream-lined check-in procedure. I mislaid my licence and we had to change driver at the last minute. Goldcar were excellent, honouring the very keenly priced booking, adding my wife on, and had us on our way in no time!. Car was in top condition and very close too.
Perhaps better contact ability BY PHONE for oldies like me(well56!) who like a human connection.

Very cheap and simple renting of their vehicles.
Make sure customer gets a similar sized car to what was reserved if the one which is reserved is unavailable. Don't be so pushy trying to get customer to pay for extra cover when they purchased the highest rate cover via the website.

Tenerife is one of the best location to spend holidays. it was the swcond time that i visited Tenerife. The improvement in infrastructure (highways and roads) is great. Most of places are clean with beatiful views. People are polite and speak english so that cooperation is not the problem. The car that I rented was new and clean and very useful for driving on roads and places of Tenerife. The only inconvenience regarding Goldcar was that we have early flight from Tenerife and the office of Goldcar was not open yet. I could not make a return procedure with an employee of Goldcar. I hope that it will not result with any problem.
the procedure of pick up the car was not pleasant nor fast. A lot of people were waiting more then half hour and everything went very slowly. The employees apologized that the all questions they must asked once again. could be faster!
