I mislaid my licence and we had to change driver at the last minute. Goldcar were excellent, honouring the very keenly priced booking, adding my wife on, and had us on our way in no time!. Car was in top condition and very close too.
Perhaps better contact ability BY PHONE for oldies like me(well56!) who like a human connection.

Very cheap and simple renting of their vehicles.
Make sure customer gets a similar sized car to what was reserved if the one which is reserved is unavailable. Don't be so pushy trying to get customer to pay for extra cover when they purchased the highest rate cover via the website.

Quick and efficient pick-up. Short journey to office. Friendly staff suggested best deal. Car excellent, clean modern and easy to drive. Return check-in just as efficient. We were taken directly to the departure area of the terminal. Full marks.
