For museums and similar things (or what I consider to be in the same category) what caught my attention was: German Resistance Memorial Centre, Museum Fur Naturkunde (Natural History), Alte Nationalgalerie, Berliner Dom, Checkpoint Charlie, Topography of Terror, Jewish Museum Berlin and Reichstag. Other things that interested were some squares and similar things (example: being able to listen to my iPod): Memorial to the Murder Jews, Sony Centre, Neun Synagoge, Berelplatz, Gendarmenmarkt, Brandenburg Gate,Tiergaten, Kollwitzplatz, the East Side Gallery and the Berlin Zoo and Aquarium. I also wanted to do a day trip to Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp. I know all the squares and markets I won't make my first priority but I guess what I'm asking is if most of these things are doable in 8 days? I have a budget of about 800 euros (remember my hostel is already paid for), I want to enjoy a good sit down meal a couple times but don't mind supermarket or fast service food either. Lastly, the weather around mid/end October from what I have looked at seems to be about 7-19 degrees Celcius, can anyone who either lives in Berlin or has been there confirm that for me? I dont want to show up with just a lighter jacket and hoodies to find out I really needed to bring my winter parka.

I travelled to Poland from Germany. It's important to check the country permitted for traveling and make a call to confirm that.
