did not make it clear that it took 2 busses to arrive to the rental office. they added many extra charges it took for ever to complete paperwork and the car was not good.

Traveling from Wisconsin, the Economy/Holiday car airport modern Van was beautiful, very comfortable with large video screen. Pick-up was prompt and came around very fast. Only waited 5 minutes. Very fast pick-up compared to past experiences with the standard companies. Office located a mile or 2 miles from airport. Out of van I was third in line. A 5 minute wait. Clerk was friendly and helpful. Went over the entire car w Inspector. He picked up a few scratches and duly noted on car chart.. We were on the road within 5 minutes. returned the car at 6 am 10 days later. Upon entering, clerk came right out of office, and made detailed inspections. Two modern vans showed during their circulation around the airport to ferry the waiting group back to the terminal. The drive is a few minutes. Driver was very courteous and safe. Gave him a few bucks tip. Overall great experience. My wife came down for a few days and rented from budget. Had to wait 2 hours for her car. Long line. She was very frustrated and disappointed. She paid a lot more for her car because she was afraid to go with Economy since it was not a national brand. Next time, she says she'll definitely go with Economy/Holiday Cars.com
Make sure that all items needed for car insurance are clearly stated. There are 3 items you need. This way tyhe customer knows their insurance will not be accepted. The loss of use is not part of most standard insurance policies and your customers are better off knowing this ahead of time. Even with the additional insurance Economy was by far the best value and the best service. Be straight with your customers about this particular insurance clause up front- in the literature and then your customers will have the perfect experience. You are still the most competitive and best value, with beautiful cars. Make sure to tell customers that they should buy the Florida Pass option. Easy Pass does not work. I told the clerk I had my own easy pass, and she did not inform that in Florida most tolls do not accept Easy Pass or others from around the country. It is worth buying that option. I wish they informed better.

Shuttle arrived in about 5 minutes after we got to pick up point. Check-in was convenient, and we were on our way in about 20 minutes. Car was new, had about 15,000 miles on it.
Directions provided put us on a toll road, which eventually became Florida Turnpike. We were told that some toll stations would need "Exact" change, which turned out to be NOT the case. Before leaving I went inside and asked the coffee/snack stand located in the office for some change, given the toll advice that had been given, and was told that she had NO change, and that I would have to go to the gas station down the road for change.
