Terrible won't ever return, waited 2 hours and wasn't seen. Staff arguing with customers in car park about damage to their cars, threatened to call the police. I left and went to Sixt instead.

Centauro's service was nice, straight forward and fast. It is with some distance from airport but their shuttle came in less than 5 min, in fetching the car and when leaving for airport. Inspection was well done. Previous marks on the car well presented. Car was also what was asked for. Centauro did not try force on any additional services or insurance. But they nicely told about the highway tolls before hand.

Centaurs are one of the better car hire providers. Prompt, polite, courteous. Thank you so much. We love Faro it's a beautiful old town with wonderful Pprtugues people. We have been there many times and love going back.
The only improvements or suggestions we can think of is Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm let me think mmmmmm

When we arrived someone was waiting for us at the airport to guide us to the car rental place, very professional. When we arrived at the place, instead of giving us the Opel Zafira we booked, we got a Ford Galaxy which was brand new and bigger too! This was really convenient since we were with 7 people and the Ford was designed for 7 where the Opel is 5+2. It made our Holiday even better!

Good civilised experience. No hanging about, waiting to be seen, and no difficulties over whether I purchased their insurance. The car was clean and well presented and in good condition.
There was no one at the airport to tell us where to go to meet the bus. Didn't matter because I know my way around there, but it might have been a problem for someone else.

Fast and easy rental
Our rental agreement said the free shuttle was on 2nd story but they were picking up on first floor now so got lost

Got collected quickly at terminal and Niza cars were a 2 minute drive away. No fuss at Niza cars, we were away in 15 minutes which was brilliant. Cars were great and very good value.
Encourage clients to phone the car hire company to send courtesy bus when you collect luggage, if you didn't know to do this it may be confusing. Otherwise it was a great car hire experience!
