Nice Airport

If you're concerned about the journey of getting into central Nice from the airport, then do not worry as this is a simple journey. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, also known as Aéroport Nice Côte d'Azur in French, is the third busiest airport in France and serves as a major international gateway to the French Riviera.

The airport is located in the commune of Nice, around 7 kilometres southwest of the city centre.

The Airport has two passenger terminals connected by a free shuttle bus. Terminal 1 is the older terminal and handles both domestic and international flights. Terminal 2 is the newer and larger terminal, primarily used for international and long-haul flights.

Once you've picked up your car hire from the airport, the drive into central Nice is straightforward and convenient. Simply follow the signs indicating the exit to "Promenade des Anglais" or "Nice Centre-Ville" (City Centre). The main road leading out of the airport is the Promenade Edouard Corniglion-Molinier.

Enjoy the drive along the coast, soaking in the views, as this iconic road runs parallel to the beach and offers beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
