Great airport for accessing Orlando tourism and warm weather. Walk from "baggage pickup" to Avis counter is close, level, and well-marked. Avis staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Staff was very busy accommodating travelers whose previous day's flights were cancelled. I supposed that day's demand for cars was stressed, but I did not notice any customers who were disappointed. I received my car without any confusion or hang-ups. Although it took a few more minutes than normal, we were soon on the road in a nice car at a reasonable rate.

I was not able to book AUTOMATIC car at AVIS directly but it was available on this website. It was very easy to book and receive the car upon my arrival. It took a bit longer time (than expected) to receive the confirmation but we were lucky to have what we were looking for.
Just booking a car through your website, I have nothing to say. (I have no idea what you could offer on other services)

Picking up the car was easy. Holiday Cars did a fantastic job in reminding us what documents to bring for the car collection. They even settled cross border queries quickly with Avis so that I had a seamless experience in getting the car. What more, Avis assigned a fairly new car with low mileage!!
Everything from going online to actually receiving the car and returning it was smooth and efficient. Kudos to Holiday Cars and Avis.
